What can we say about this eternally playful jokester? He was full of promise as a youngster that we named him Magnifico, a name I was reserving for one I esteem highly. I regard Neo as one of my shining examples of what a classic Pekingese should be. He fulfills his promise not only in the show ring but as a sire as well. His daughter, Chelsea, is proving his worth by her performance in the American show scene.
